Due to the covid-19 situation, here are the updated terms and conditions regarding shipping.
1. All orders will be mailed out the Saturday of each week.
2. If the product is damaged or if something is missing, I will send you the replacement or supplement product with shipping cost on my expense.
3. If the product is lost in the mail, if there is stock left of the item, I can provide a second set free of cost if customer provides shipping.
4. If customer is unable to provide shipping, please contact USPS with the tracking code as my responsibility only extends to providing the tracking number to the right address.
5. Beyond the 2nd shipment, please contact USPS for more details as it is beyond my hands to retrieve the package.
